Counts come from the operator’s public live feed and normally refresh every 15–60 seconds. The banner at the top of the map will tell you if the feed is delayed.
Settings (gear icon) → Manage Subscription, or the Subscriptions section of your Apple account settings.
Open the upgrade screen and tap Restore Purchases.
